Your members already have an account, and some of them want to hire or to look for work. In this video a member adds an employer or candidate profile from the sign-up page, in one step, with no second account. You need the free WP Career Board plugin. It takes about two minutes. There are three steps. Open the sign-up page. Set up an employer profile. Then set up a candidate profile. Step one. Open the sign-up page. This member is signed in, with an account but no job board role. The page asks, I want to, and gives two choices. Find a Job is for people who want to browse jobs, apply and build a resume. Hire Talent is for people who want to post jobs and manage applications. Step two. Set up an employer profile. Click Hire Talent. The form is titled Set Up Your Employer Profile. A line reads Continuing as, then the member name, and says the account will be linked to this role. They add their company name and a few details, and click Continue. Their account can then post jobs, and a screen says Your profile is ready. Step three. Set up a candidate profile. Back on the sign-up page, click Find a Job. This form is titled Set Up Your Candidate Profile. Continue adds the candidate role. The member can then apply to jobs and build a resume. That is all three. The sign-up page opened, an employer profile set up, and a candidate profile set up, with one account. Your members can now start hiring or applying in one step.
