How to keep your job board tidy in WP Career Board. In the Trash view of Companies and Jobs, Restore brings an item back and Delete Permanently removes it for good. In Employers, the Banned view lists banned employers and Unban lifts a ban. In Candidates, the Suspended view lists suspended candidates and Restore lifts a suspension. A tidy job board needs an undo and a clear view of who is blocked. In this video you will bring back a trashed company, delete a job for good, and find banned employers and suspended candidates fast. You need the free WP Career Board plugin. It takes about three minutes. There are four steps. Restore a trashed company. Delete a trashed job for good. Find banned employers. Then find suspended candidates. Step one. Restore a trashed company. In Companies, the Trash view lists what was removed. Point at a row, and Restore and Delete Permanently appear. Restore puts the company back. Step two. Delete a trashed job for good. Jobs has the same Trash view. Delete Permanently removes it for good. Restore brings it back as it was. Use Delete Permanently only when you are sure. Step three. Find banned employers. In Employers, a Banned view appears once someone is banned. It shows how many. Click Banned to see only them. Unban lifts the ban. Ban asks you to confirm first. Step four. Find suspended candidates. In Candidates, a Suspended view appears the same way. Click Suspended to see only them. Restore on a row lifts the suspension, and their profile and resume come back. That is all four. A company restored, a job deleted for good, banned employers found, and suspended candidates found.
