How to Sell Credits with WooCommerce or Memberships in WP Career Board

How to sell job posting credits through WooCommerce, Paid Memberships Pro or MemberPress in WP Career Board Pro: check that Product mapping is on under Settings, then Credits, then Payment methods, check your plugin under Detected providers, create the product, level or membership in its own plugin, map it to a number of credits under Credit mappings with + Add Mapping, and see it on the employer's Credits tab under Buy through the store. WooCommerce adds the credits once the order is paid by a signed-in buyer, and takes unspent credits back on a refund; Paid Memberships Pro and MemberPress add them when the member joins and on each renewal.

In this tutorial you will sell job posting credits through WooCommerce, Paid Memberships Pro or MemberPress. You need WP Career Board Pro, and one of those plugins with a product or plan to sell. It takes about three minutes. There are four steps. Check Product mapping is on. Check your store is detected. Map a product to credits. Then see it as an employer. Step one. Check Product mapping is on. Go to Career Board, then Settings, Credits. Under Payment methods, Product mapping is on by default, and on here. It lets employers buy credits with a product, a subscription or a membership plan. Step two. Check your store is detected. Scroll to Detected providers. Each supported plugin shows as active or not installed. Here WooCommerce is active. WooCommerce Subscriptions, WooCommerce Memberships, Paid Memberships Pro and MemberPress are listed too, and offer nothing to map until they are installed. Step three. Map a product to credits. First create the product, level or membership in its own plugin. Then, in Credit mappings, pick it under Product, Plan. Enter how many credits it gives, and click Add Mapping. Each mapping is a row. Here, the WooCommerce product Job Posting Credits, twenty five pack, gives twenty five credits. With WooCommerce, the credits are added once the order is paid. With a membership, they are added when the member joins, and on each renewal. Step four. See it as an employer. Now you are signed in as an employer. In her dashboard, she clicks Credits. Under Buy through the store, the product is listed with its credits and a Buy button, which opens the product in your store. That is all four.
