In this tutorial you will set up the pages your job board runs on, and check that each one is in place. You need the free WP Career Board plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Open the Pages tab. Read a page row. Check the other pages. Create a missing page. Then see the pages on your site. Step one. Open Settings, Pages. Go to Career Board, then Settings, and click Pages, in the Site group. This tab tells WP Career Board which of your WordPress pages holds each part of the job board. Step two. Read a page row. Jobs Archive Page is the main job board. Here it is set to the page Find Jobs. The line below names the block the page must contain. View Page opens it on your site. Step three. Check the other pages. The employer and candidate dashboards, the company directory, Post a Job, and Employer Registration. Find Candidates, Hiring Pipeline and Job Map come with WP Career Board Pro. To use a different page, pick it in the list, then click Save changes. Step four. Create a missing page. If a page was deleted, click Re-run Setup Wizard, at the foot of Settings. It opens on the Pages step. Click Create Pages and Continue. Only missing pages are created. Pages you already have are kept. Step five. See the pages on your site. As a visitor, the Employer Dashboard asks people to sign in, or create an account, before they post jobs. Find Jobs shows every open job, with search and filters. Both pages are the ones you set in Settings. That is all five. Open the Pages tab, read a page row, check the other pages, create a missing page, and see the pages on your site. Your job board pages are in place. Next in this series: Add a job from the WordPress admin.
