Transcript
In this tutorial you will move the applicants for a job through your hiring stages, on a board. You need WP Career Board Pro, installed and active. It takes about two minutes. There are four steps. Open a job's pipeline. Read the board. Move an applicant. Then finish with Hired or Rejected. Step one. Open a job's pipeline. You are signed in as an employer. In the employer dashboard, click My Jobs. Each job has a Pipeline button. The Hiring pipeline page also lists all your jobs, each with Open pipeline. Step two. Read the board. Each column is a hiring stage, with the number of applicants in it. Each card is one applicant, with the date they applied. Step three. Move an applicant. Drag a card into the next column. The move saves at once. Or choose a stage from Move to, on the card. It works from the keyboard too. Step four. Finish with Hired or Rejected. A card moved into one of them changes the application's status, and the candidate gets the usual status email. Mark someone hired or rejected in your Applications list, and the card moves here to match. Withdrawn applications leave the board. That is all four. Open a job's pipeline, read the board, move an applicant, and finish with Hired or Rejected. You can now move applicants through your hiring pipeline.
