How to print a resume or save it as a PDF in WP Career Board Pro: open a public resume page, click Print for the browser print window, or download a plain ATS PDF when signed in.

In this tutorial you will print a resume from its page, or save it as a PDF file. You need WP Career Board Pro, with the free WP Career Board plugin. It takes about two minutes. There are three steps. Open a resume page. Print it. Then download a PDF. Step one. Open a resume page. Every public resume has its own page. This is what a visitor sees. Under the name and headline sit two buttons. A visitor sees Print, and Sign in to download PDF. Step two. Print it. Click Print, and your browser print window opens. The printout keeps the layout you see, with the skills beside the main column, and leaves out the buttons and links. To get a PDF, choose Save as PDF in that window. Step three. Download a PDF. Now you are signed in as a member. The second button reads Download ATS PDF. It saves a plain, one column PDF, the kind that applicant tracking systems read well. It holds the summary and every section that has entries. That is all three. Open a resume page, print it, and download a PDF. You can now print a resume or save it as a PDF.
