How to run more than one company from one account in WP Career Board: the Companies list, the main company, adding another company, Make main and Remove, and picking the company when you post a job.

In this tutorial you will run more than one company from one account, useful for an agency, a recruiter or a group of brands. You need the free WP Career Board plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Open Companies. See your main company. Add another company. Choose which company is main. Then pick the company when you post a job. Step one. Open Companies. In the employer dashboard, click Companies, under Company. Every company you hire for is listed here. Your jobs and your applications cover all of them. Step two. See your main company. The first card is marked Main company. Edit profile opens its profile form, the one you used to set up the company page. Step three. Add another company. Click Add company. An empty company form opens. Fill it in the same way, and save it. The new company joins the list. Step four. Choose which company is main. Open the menu on a company that is not the main one. Make main puts this company first when you post a job. Remove takes the company page offline and closes its live jobs, after you confirm. Make main saves at once, so use it with care. Step five. Pick the company when you post. Click Post a job. The Company list holds every company you run, and your main company is chosen first. My Jobs and Applications have a company filter too. That is all five. Open Companies, see your main company, add another company, choose which company is main, and pick the company when you post. You can now run more than one company from one account.
