In this tutorial you will charge employers credits to post jobs on your board. You need WP Career Board Pro, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are four steps. Open Settings, Credits. Choose how credits are sold. Set a price per job. Then see the price as an employer. Step one. Open Settings, Credits. Go to Career Board, then Settings, and click Credits. It is a Pro tab. Credits are what employers spend on your board. You set what a job costs, and employers buy credits from you. Step two. Choose how credits are sold. Under Payment methods there are two switches, and both are on here. Native checkout sells credit packs through Stripe or PayPal. Product mapping sells them through WooCommerce, Paid Memberships Pro or MemberPress. Use one or both. The next tutorials set up each one. Step three. Set a price per job. Go to Settings, Boards, and edit a board. Credit Cost Per Job is what an employer pays to post there. Posting stays free until a board has a cost. This board costs fifteen credits a job. Then click Update. Step four. See the price as an employer. Now you are signed in as an employer, on Post a Job. She picks the paid board under Post to Board. The form tells her what posting deducts, and her balance after it. The credits are held when she submits the job, and spent when it goes live. If you reject the job, they go back to her. That is all four. Open Settings, Credits, choose how credits are sold, set a price per job, and see the price as an employer. Your job board can now charge employers credits to post. Next in this series: Sell credit packs and set prices.
