How to read your job board analytics in WP Career Board Pro: open Settings, then Analytics, read job views, applications per job and totals, find your top jobs by views, and follow credits issued, spent and held, with a CSV export and the transactions list.

In this tutorial you will read your job board analytics: views, applications, top jobs and credits. You need WP Career Board Pro, installed and active. It takes about two minutes. There are four steps. Open Analytics. Read the engagement figures. Find your top jobs. Then follow your credits. Step one. Open Analytics. Go to Career Board, then Settings, and click Analytics. It is a Pro tab. It covers your whole site. The figures refresh every few minutes. Step two. Read the engagement figures. Job Views counts views of your job pages over the last thirty days. Applications per Job divides all applications by your live jobs. Total Applications and Published Jobs open their own screens. Step three. Find your top jobs. Top jobs by views lists your five most-viewed live jobs from the last thirty days, with their views. Step four. Follow your credits. Credits shows how many you issued, how many were spent on jobs, and the balance your employers still hold. Export Credit Ledger downloads every credit entry as a CSV file. Transactions lists credit purchases and refunds made through Stripe or PayPal. Choose All, Purchases or Refunds to narrow it. That is all four. Open Analytics, read the engagement figures, find your top jobs, and follow your credits. You can now read your job board analytics.
