How to save jobs and companies in WP Career Board: bookmark a job from the list or from its page, bookmark a company, and find them again under Saved in the candidate dashboard.

In this tutorial you will save jobs and companies, then find them again in your candidate dashboard. You need the free WP Career Board plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Save a job from the list. Save a job from its page. Save a company. Find your saved jobs. Then find your saved companies. Step one. Save a job from the list. You are signed in as a job seeker. Each job card has a bookmark icon in its corner. Click it to save the job. A filled icon means the job is saved. Click it again to unsave it. Step two. Save a job from its page. Open any job, and Save job sits beside Apply now. Click it and the button reads Saved. Saving needs an account, so visitors who are not signed in do not see this button. Step three. Save a company. On Find Companies, each company card has the same bookmark icon. This company is already saved, so its icon is filled. Step four. Find your saved jobs. Open your candidate dashboard. Under Saved, click Jobs. Every job you saved is listed, with its company, place and job type. The menu on each row opens the job or removes it from the list. If a saved job has a deadline and you have not applied, you get a reminder email before it closes. Step five. Find your saved companies. Under Saved, click Companies. The companies you saved are here. Open one to see its open jobs. That is all five. Save a job from the list, save a job from its page, save a company, find your saved jobs, and find your saved companies. You can now save jobs and companies for later.
