In this tutorial you will find your way around the employer dashboard, where an employer runs jobs, applicants and the company page. You need the free WP Career Board plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Open the dashboard. Read the Overview. Find your jobs and applicants. Find your companies. Then find your account settings. Step one. Open the dashboard. You are now signed in as an employer. The employer dashboard has a menu down the left side. At the top is your name and your company. Below it are your jobs, your applications and your company. The Post a job button stays at the bottom. Step two. Read the Overview. It is the first screen, with figures for total jobs, live jobs, applications and new this week. With Pro, Credits shows too, when your site charges credits. Click a figure to open the list it counts. Below, Needs attention lists applications waiting for review, with a Review button. Step three. Find your jobs and applicants. Click My Jobs. Your jobs are here, with chips to show live, draft, pending, closed or rejected ones, and a search box. Now click Applications. Every person who applied to your jobs is here, with a List and a Board layout. Step four. Find your companies. Click Companies. If you run more than one company, they are listed here. Click Profile to set up your public company page. Public Page opens it, as visitors see it. Step five. Find your account settings. Click Settings, under Account. Here you change your name and password. With Pro, the menu also has Saved resumes and Notifications. That is all five. Open the dashboard, read the Overview, find your jobs and applicants, find your companies, and find your account settings. You know your way around the employer dashboard. Next in this series: Set up your company profile.
